The warranty must be registered within the first 30 days from the date of purchase of your equipment, and comes into force the day after your manufacturers guarantee expires. When you have received your warranty card together with your invoice, all you have to do then is to register it online at www.mackcam.com to receive your warranty registration number.
To arrange a repair, go to www.mackcam.com, select 'Extended Service' then 'International Service' and you will find easy to follow steps.
Not covered under this warranty are: faults due to misuse, tampering, modification or damage as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact, rust, corrosion, or lack of proper care as indicated in the operations manual. Accessories not covered: cable boxes, connectors, interchangeable lenses, decorative parts, A/C adapters, cables, handles, carry straps, knobs, buttons, remote, and batteries.
