You’re Rights.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do so, please e-mail or write to us. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. The seven day cooling off period does not apply to business to business transactions.

Cameras Only

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within the 7 day period. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and will charge you the direct costs of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge for the reduction in value.

If your product is faulty.

If there is a problem with the goods, please firstly register this with us by e-mail and then contact us. We will then deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

If you have received or ordered the wrong product.

Return the product unopened and in it's original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a refund at our discretion. Wrongly ordered products incur charges if not returned in the condition they were sent:-

You must notify us within seven days from the day you receive the item. The goods remain your responsibility until we have received or picked them up.
Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning a product please follow these simple steps.

Contact our Returns Department at sales@camerabox.co.uk for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You need to state the problem, include your contact information with your home telephone number and quote your invoice number. Any packages which are returned without a RAN will simply be refused and returned back to the mailer.

Once agreed, we will let you know which address to send to. Securely package the item preferably in a padded postal bag ready for mailing. We recommend that all items returned are done so via Royal Mail Special Delivery as Camerabox Ltd will not be responsible for any items loss or damaged through transit.

Please ensure that any product is installed as per the supplier’s instruction manual or the operating manual of your unit.
