After a couple of promptly answered email questions I ordered an Olympus E30 Camera body, mid afternoon on Fiday 2 October. Later that day an email told me it had been depatched. It arrived Monday early afternoon. (I did not expect delivery over the weekend). That is whhat I call service! Iwill recommend and most certainly will use Camerabox again.

I typically use a London outfit to provide all my Canon gear, but they did not have the lens I needed in stock. I am very wary of ordering anything on line, so treated my dealings with Camerabox with a great deal of caution. Particularly as their prices were good. So I telephoned and spoke to a real person. Who was helpful and confirmed they had the lens in stock.
Barely 14 hours later, the lens was on my camera and earning its keep. I think you may well be getting more business from me now. Also the live stock works. I placed my order and saw my lens go from stock level 7 down to 6. Well done.

Living in Ireland, most sites charge me a lot extra for delivery and delivery times can vary greatly, camerabox was very reasonable with delivery charges and they still maintaned next day delivery.
Excellent prices and the quickest delivery you could expect, will definitely be a returning customer...

After a rather unpleasant experience with some rather dodgy Amazon marketplace seller I came across camera box. Not only did I get a better bundle deal with a better camera for about the same price. But even more important for me was the promptness and reliability of service.
I really liked the reliable stock information and when I had to call to make a change of delivery address from work to home address this was handled quickly wit no problems whatsoever. I will happily pay a bit more for a reliable delivery with camerabox in the future than try and save a few quid elsewhere only to be waiting for weeks and not getting my order in the end.

I was looking for a quality compact digital camera for something more than just taking random photos and read alot of reviews for the various cameras on camerabox. However I did discover a few negative reviews about camerabox itself. I did read these as well but decided to bite the bullet and order because of the superb packages they offered.
Once my order was placed, even with a different address for the package to be sent to, camera box were really quick and lively abot sending the camera out. It was on my doorstep the next day but minus one of the parts of the package due to lack of stock. When I phoned up, the assistant was very quick to answer my queerie and had it sent the next day also. The camera itself is fantasic and the service from camerabox was just as good.

We decided that it was time to get a more up to date camera.We rang Camera Box and found them very helpful and willing to explain lots of things. At last we chose a camera and ordered it. A couple of days later after doing even more research we decided that we had ordered the wrong camera......We rang Camera Box again and they told us not to panic... just return the camera to us and we will exchange it for the preferred camera. This we did and the new camera was delivered to us promptly....NO PROBLEMS ......So come on folks credit where credit is due.

First time i have ordered from camera box. I was a little nervous at first but was easily eased, particularly after reading other customers posts. The service was fantastic, price for my camera was cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered a very new product model of a Lumix FZ28 digital camera. The best price on search engine was from Camerabox and my other rivals had none in stock. I recieved the goods within 24hrs of placing order with a very reasonable P&P of £7.99
The Camera and bundle were also a very good deal.

Having been told that the FZ50 was the best non S L R you could buy and that Camerbox was the best supplier, I tok that advice. The camera was not in stock for several weeks, I was kept informed by Camerabox when it would be in, I was also given other details of its performance etc. When it did arrive in stock I placed my order and it was delivered the next day, this in my book is first class service matched only by the price, which was just a little more then others were paying for used FZ50s on E Bay and a great deal less then the well known high street stores, (it pays to take advice sometimes) I shall certainly buy from Camerabox in the future, many thanks Jim Davey

After doing my research of the Cannons powershot models,I finally decided on A650 IS checked all other websites and camerabox was so competitive so I put in my order on 11th around 2.20pm and I received by courier nxt day on wed 12th at 10.05am ,pleased with camera nice bit of kit.I will definetely reccomend this site to any of my friends/colleagues.Just want to give a big thanks to team at camerabox for getting my camera to me so quick has Im of to Turkey on the 16th so now I can take some lovely holiday piccys.

Having used Camerabox on a few occasons, not only are they very professional they also have that personal touch. Its not often you feel like a real customer in the retail world these days but these guys have cracked it.
